850 vs s70

I was looking on the s70 files and the 850 files I want to buy a newer car sometime soon. I am trying to avoid front wheel drive car but all new volvos are so. just have to go with that. I was wondering what are the major difference between the s70 and 850. I know thw s70 took the place of the 850. I prefer the 850s look but which drives better and which is more reliable. Does any of the 850s or s70s come all wheel drive. I want a turbo model. How is insurance on these cars .

I don't like fwd for 1way it handles, 2 engine compartment hard to work in
IS IT POSSIBLE TO MAKE S70 OR 850 LIMITED SLIP FRONT WHEEL DRIVE
