88 240 Steering rack 200

Hi all, my 88 240 had the steering rack replaced about a year ago and is now leaking pretty badly from the passenger side. The boot is also torn. My question is, can this be repaired by replacing the seals or do I need a whole new rack.....I have tried stop leak but there will be no stopping this one. I have seen a kit on Napaonline.com.
