1992 745TI no start.

Replaced:
Distributer cap
Distributer rotor
Distributer seals
Spark plugs
Crankshaft sensor

Checked:
spark
timing
tps
fuel pump relay
pumps sound like they come on
fuel is in the rail

Switched out to known good:
AMM
Coil
Distributer
wires
cap rotor
batteries

How do I check the Fuel Pressure Regulator? Is there any other likely culprits for a no start? I haven't jumpered the fuel pumps yet. I'll check the Radio Suppression Relay once I can find it.
