problem with electric window motor. 87-740

Hey board,

Yea, I found two doors, same color. In fact they came from the same year and model as my car. $35.00 ea.

1 Problem:

The window motor on one of the doors doesnt seem to be working. I by passed everything, went directly to the motors. No action at all. How to deal with this? I read that they can be disassembled and cleaned?

Or, should I take the working motor from the other door and switch. If so,how do I get the motor out, and back in again?

Also, any tips for a sucessful reinstallion of the doors would be welcomed.
