Rubber bushings replaced, now the metal bushings?? 444-544

Hello all.
I have replaced every rubber bushing in the 544 except the shock bushings. It looks like the king pins are toast. They have been rebuilt at least once by previous owner, and my mechanic friend says "get new ones". Suggestions on the best place to get them would be...
Second problem. The Volvo manual lists a metal bushing on the top of the suspension behind the grease nipples above the king pins. Any ideas where to locate them and what they are called? The manual only calls them "bushing". I am guessing CVI and Scandcar have them, just not sure on a name, P/N.
Third problem. The annoying sound of the fan smacking the radiator on hard acceleration has been greatly abated with the new bushings, but still happens, and the radiator is bolted in tight. Ideas/suggestions? I am planning on replacing the radiator in the spring as it is near the end of its life (no two spots the same on the IR thermometer). I am wondering if someone has put the wrong size on in the past. Would anyone be kind enough to send me thier functional measurements for comparison?
Thanks,
-Erik
