Fuel Tank 200 1978

What's the best way to clean out a fuel tank that has some rust in it? This tank doesn't have a bottom drain. This car sat for seven years before I bought it and now I'm going through it. I pulled the fuel sender out last night and it was a rusted mess. I looked in the tank and it has some rust in it too. Can a radiator shop help with a fuel tank? Thanks, Rick
