Dash lights and switches 900 1997

The day after a Volvo dealer replaced the light in the external temperature readout on the dash the left turn signal stopped working. Both front and rear exterior turn signal lights stay on as well as the arrow in the dash. The right turn signal works but the four-way flashers do not. However, if the ignition is off the four ways do work.

Can anyone tell me how to remove the face plate(s) on the dash to check the four-way flasher switch?
