Head Gasket Replacement 900 1994

Well, the wife's car's head gasket gave out today. We caught it before any real damage was done, so I am going to be doing this myself. (Better than $800-$1100 from the dealers) Anybody have any pointers? I ordered the parts today, so it will be a couple of days before I get started. Any tips at all would be welcome, I read the FAQ section, seemed pretty straight-forward, but you never know.

The car is a 1994 940 Turbo...
