starts then stalls 200

I have a 92 240 that ran fine until I tried to cold start this morning. Starts right up, runs for 5-10 seconds, then the idle drops and she stalls. Cranked right up, ran again for 5-10 seconds, then stalled. I cleaned the IAC last year, run fuel system cleaner often. (Did clean the engine compartment yesterday with degreaser, then flushed with water, but ran the car for 2 hours afterward; suspect everything is dried off). What is the most likely culprit: AMM, cold temp sensor, cold start valve, other? I've seen IPD's procedure for trouble shooting the AMM. Any suggestion on how to trouble shoot other culprits? Appreicate your suggestions.
