Throttle body vacuum 200 1986

Sorry for the poor punctuation and capitilization usage,or lack there of.

I'm experiencing rough idle/stalling on my 1986 244.
While checking my vaccum lines I noticed that the throtle body had two vacuum ports but the one furthest from firewall didn't have anything attached.
What,if anything goes there?
Any help will be much appreciated.
