Starting Problem after initial start-up 200

1990 240 - have taken to the dealer twice for this problem. They have cleaned the throttle body and adjusted idle, fuel/air mixture, timing.

Car starts fine first thing in the morning. Runs smooth, no hesitation. Park at work. Go back out to start the car 2 or 3 hours later, starts, check engine light comes on as idle slows, stalls out. May happen 2 or 3 times. Finally have to start and increase idle with accelerator. After running 20 seconds +/-, no problem maintaining idle. No stalls or hesitation.

Appreciate your ideas.
