Source for Antenna Ferrule 700

We were pulling the antenna mast from my kid's 940 over the weekend and carried it into the garage. Later we discovered the small ferrule at the end was missing, the piece that mounts just inside the top tube of the antenna. Volvo does not sell this separately. Short of a boneyard, anybody got any ideas of sources for these?
