Hi/Lo Headlights 200

OK, Here's my problem, and maybe I just don't know where to look!

I put some stupid HID wanna-be cartridges in the headlights, and when I tested the Hi-Beams, the left didn't work. I pulled them back out, inspected them, and put the old bulbs back in. Now, the new ones look good, though I haven't ohm'ed them yet. (Don't seem like I should have to since they are so clear and easy to see that the electrodes are all good!)

Anyway, and here is when it gets weird, when I put the old bulbs back in, the Right Hi-Beam didn't work!

If it were the same side for each bulb, I'd check wirig, but.... this just don't make sence to me!

I "think" there is a Hi/Lo relay, but I'm not sure where it is, much less knowing how to test it!

Can somebody HELP me????
