suspension 700

Noticed that the front right strut is not centered in the strut mount. It is positioned so that the front right wheel has no camber. The strut is quite vertical.

Would this cause the following? :

Car tends to pull to the left while driving...especially after turning a hard right.

Car pulls hard to the left at slow speeds when braking hard.

Front right looks like it is riding high (and back left looks low). At first I thought that the rear left spring was weak.
