My Daughter has 1984 244 DL which has following new problem...in cold weather shifting into reverse to back out of the driveway, it takes a while to gear to catch..also into drive. Once the car warms up the shifting is fine. Does the transmission fluid need flushing or is it another problem. I am a novice, so most automotive things are above me. Just want to know before I take it to my mechanice
