Oil coming out filler cap 444-544

There is oil leaking from the filler cap,I have looked at the gasket and it looks OK and the oil is not over full. I took the cap off and cleaned it out and the PCV valve also seems good. What else could be causing this?
Oil return lines clogged?
Any help is appreciated.
