AC Belt 245 1986..Cut old one off...cant get the new one on..she wont budge.... 200

Hey all.....almost at the end of the Timing belt job..I cut the old ac belt off and am trying to put the new one on..Ive done the front bolt on the adjuster, the rear bolt....it wont budge....I have coffee and am relaxed, but in an hour that will run out....any suggestions? thanx in advance..popa G
