Alloy wheel fit 200

I bought some wheels on Ebay, they were from a 900 series (Volvo part 9819705). I tried to install then on 89 245 and car won't move. I think wheels are interfering with e brake but I have not crawled under car to look yet, I just put the stock wheels back on and she goes. What have I overlooked here? Thanks!
