painted bumpers and air dam on 740??? 700

there is a 740 on ebay (item no. 2438635957) that has smoothe body color painted bumpers and air dam, (the dam looks different than the normal ones). and painted wheels. This car looks good this way, it is white,. does anyone know if this was a factory option, and aftermarket option or what?? It almost looks like stuff of of a 850.
It looks cool, but has 170,000 miles on it, so I'm not too interested, but whould like to know where those parts came from for future reference. Bill
