should I buy this 960 ?????? 900 1992

My dealer service mgr. has a 1992 960 with all the power options for sale for $4500.00
They took this car from a lawyer in NJ who was passing through CT and blew his timing belt and froze up two of the valves. So he just gave them the title and said 'do what you want with it'. They called the dealer in NJ and this guy did everything to the car (except timing belt) and kept it dealer serviced. So they rebuilt the motor with one of the mechanics and now want to make a buck on it. Everything works from the AC to the heated seats and now the motor is new too. The car has about 120,000 miles and rides beautifully and looks perfect inside. But I'm thinking $4500 is a bit high on an older car. I really like it, but I'm wondering if I will have to shell out more money on it.
What's your opinions. I'm not locked into this car, so I can walk away!!!!
