A couple weeks ago, there was a thread http://www.brickboard.com/RWD/index.htm?id=695390&show_all=1 about replacing the outside rubber scraper on 242 windows. There were a lot of people (myself included) that seemed interested in possible solutions, but no solutions offered.

I'm wondering if anyone has had luck finding a workable substitute, or a source for the longer ones we need for the 2 door. If you got 'em from a pick-n-pull, how was the removal & reinstallation?
