Just one problem left 200

Only thing keeping my 245 off the road is the loss of power to my fuel pump relay. The BLUE/RED wire that powers it occasionally loses power for a second or two. It seems only to do this after running for five to ten minutes and does not often stall the car but causes a mild case of whiplash while driving. Does this sound like a wiring problem or is there something else that could cause this.
