This is the 3rd winter coming that I dread the cold. The car's been terrific except when it gets close to freezing (doesn't even have to be freezing) and she won't start easily...sputtering, wierd engine noises, voilent engine movements, it's turning over but it won't catch. It's not gas line freezing (have used antifreeze many times), it's not fuel pump relay problems (no corrosion), it's not the oxygen sensor (been replaced a couple of times). Cannot seem to get anyone to recreate the problem because once it warms up it goes away! No other engine problems otherwise. Somedays it starts when it's not been cold for too long and there's a big blast of grey smoke and the rest of the day is fine. It's fine in the summer. Somedays it never starts and I give up. Is it the cold start injector?
