replace rubber connector between windshield washer pump and washer fluid reservoir? 700 1991

The front windshield washer pump went out and when replacing it I noticed the rubber connector between the pump and the washer fluid reservoir had already been replaced with some kind of black soft sticky goo which I couldn't reuse.

Is there a way to find such a connector?

If it comes to this, can anybody recommend a scrapyard close to West LA?
