Cold Start Problem 200 1980

My brick does not like starting in the AM. I added a pint of Techron, as is my habit. The starter clicks ok. The battery is fully charged. The air cleaner assembly and vacuum hoses are clean and intact. I just cleaned the cold start valve, which was working fine (though the spray stream seemed a little bit wide). Thanks in advance.
