leaking tail lights 200

Whenever I wash my car ('86 240), or it rains, water makes its way into my tail lights. There are no cracks or holes that I can see on the plastic lenses. The lights seem very secure (do not wobble). Do I need new foam gaskets? If so, how do I go about removing them?

Any ideas?

Thank You
