Heater Control Valve 900 1995

I am going to replace the heater hoses and control valve on our 95 940T. Based on prior postings I will stick to the Volvo hoses which are supposed to be of the best quality, but what about the heater control valve?

The local dealer wants $70, and Borton discounts it to $52. FCP sells one made by MTC for $14 that is listed as half metal/half plastic. Is this as good as the Volvo part or should I go for the Volvo branded unit.
