Anyone ever done this? Mine is worn away at the bottoma and I'm sure it's noisier for it. Could one be removed easily from a junk or is new the way to go?

Also would like to replace the seat foam. IPD has some but I think it's pricey, and ideas on alternative sources?

One more, Have an old Recaro seat I would try to install (see above), but it looks hard to adapt, anyone know a source for mounting kits?
