Heater fan won't blow 200

The fan (heater/air) on our 1989 245 won't blow on any setting. About a month ago the same thing happened and it started working after we restarted the car. This time it hasn't been working for 2 days and numerous restarts. I've checked the fuse and fuse holder. Any suggestions? Thanking you in advance.
