Hi guys, I have been trying to track down a problem with high fuel consump and surgins/crappy power on my 87-740Turbo (Garrett) . After reading the BB I went to check the Fuel Presure Regulator and have two questions:
1.) I'm trying to figure which hose to pull to check FPR. Which side in the pic is the vacume? A. goes to fuel rail B goes to hole on Throttle and C. goes around to a skinny pipe that dips into the nether regions of the car.

2.) I wrote down the part # of the FPR on there and found a prob. THe number I got was Bosh 0 280 160 266 . However that isn't listed as the FPR for my year on FCPGrouton.com or EEuroparts.com. Secondly the pump on my 740T is brass looking instead of the shiny silver Bosch one on both sites. (There is a FCP pic of a brass one with the same odd green sticker on mine, but that is for an 82.) Did I get the wrong FRP put on? Why would the #'s not match up?
