Trim removal above rear veiw mirror 200

I can't seem to figure out how to get the trim peice that goes around the top of the rear veiw mirror. I would like to get it out in one peice so I decided to see if anyone on here knew how. Any advice on how to pop it off? Thanks in advance! Max
