Good places for parts? 700

I am trying to find a good place to buy parts for my volvo. I want a place that has a website which I can order from if I know exactly what I want AND a person who I can call if I have questions about a part. Does such a place exist or do I have to continue to order wrong or poorly described parts from places like performancemotorcars.com? Oh, I forgot to mention that I'm cheap too, so thats kind of important as well. TIA
