After replacing my girlfriend's O2 sensor and vehicle speed sensor, The code 3-1-1 came back. So that is a bad speedo signal or vehicle speed signal, right? So how could I fix this? The car seems to be running just fine right now, but I could be missing something. Any help is much appreciated...thanks
