Hard start 780 4 cyl. Please help me diagnos after I've gone on 700 FAQ 700 1990

I think my previous thread got lost in the shuffle, oh well, here goes.

I have replaced the battery, alternator, starter all after having a similar problem about a year ago.
The car sat for the last 10 months and driven less than 2 miles a week.
The last 2 months it has been a daily driver with up to 200 miles a week.
I've read the FAQ and come up with approx 1/2 dozen or so causes.
Starts are hard cold, a little better warm, if that helps.
Where do I start?
