Help! how to get to fuel pump relay 700 1989

Help, I'm trying to get the panel above the ashtray off, so I can get to the fuel pump relay. The panel has the lighter/storage tray. I'm trying not to bust something, but I can't get my hand in there to get to the relay.

this is a 1989 745 turbo.
