Levers on back of rear seat 700 1988

Can I replace the levers on the back of the rear seats in my wagon? I'm refering to the plastic levers that release the seat to fold down. The PO said thay broke of years ago and it it quite a struggle to get them to move with a stick or pliers. Are they integral to the entire seat or can I get these parts separately? Thanks
