Crank Shaft Pulley Bolt HELP! ASAP 200 1987

I'm right in the middle of replacing the timing belt and I think the Hanes Manual has a typo. It says that the tension on the Crank Shaft Pulley Bolt should be 44 Lb/Ft. Is this right? It seems too low.
