my 1993 244 has developed an intermittent 'glow'! the transmission is not mis-behaving, just the faint glow from time to time. i have a spare relay from a
1990 244. the 1993 relay is 'identical' in appearance------however the numbers are different.

DOES ANYONE KNOW IF OVERDRIVE RELAYS ARE INTERCHANGABLE??

THE 1993 RELAY IS PART NUMBER 004038-1/3523804
THE 1991 RELAY IS PART NUMBER 004038-04/1347764

i've included the part numbers in case someone in brickboardland has access to the volvo parts books..........thanx
