Storing Tires 200

I'm about to store my summer rims and tires, and I'd appreciate comments on this plan:

Reduce air pressure to 15-20 psi.
Lightly treat sidewalls with Armor All
Store piled horizontally in large black garbage bags to keep out ozone and sun.

Also, there is a light amount of oil on a few parts of the tread--is this OK or should I wipe it off?
