Swapping automatic transmission from 1982 244 to 1986 245 ??? 200

How complicated would it to graft a 1982 automatic transmission from a 244 to an 1986 245 which has a tired automatic? Apart from losing the overdrive feature found on the newer model are there any counter indication or drawbacks?
I can get the 242 with 110 miles for 600$ but there is some rust on it.
