Bleeding Brakes on '87 240 200

Need to bleed my brakes after replacing master cylinder on '87 240 dl wagon. Questions is...on the front there are 3 bleed screws. Do you bleed all 3 at the same time or one at a time? If one at a time is there a certain rotation to do it? Also if someone can tell me the roation for bleeding either way.

With 195k miles is it a good idea to replace calipars as well?

Thank you so much.
John
