D-jet ECU part numbers 140-160

After the last issue with the 122's ECU I did a bunch of looking up part numbers for ECUs to see what all I had in the garage. Anyway, I had one ECU which is just like this one:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2441221672. The Bosch site says this is for a '72 or '73 164E, but this is not the first time I've seen this p/n ECU in a 140. The p/n's I've seen for the 142E are 0 280 000 034 for the '72-'73 models. I've not found anything for certain on the '71 142E . Anyone know what the definitive answer is?
