Engine mounts - can i get away with going cheap? 700

Hi everyone. My 91 740 has been in need for new engine mounts
for quite some time. I have read the faq on engine mounts and
it sounds like i should use the hydrolic engine mounts but i was
wondering if i can get away with buying a set of rubber ones.
They are so much cheaper that i could replace em three times over
for the cost of one set of hydrolic ones. Plus I don't know how
much longer the car will last anyways. Also I have not seen rubber
mounts for a 91 740 but I have for earlier year 740s, have they
changed so dramaticaly that i cant buy the mounts ment for an earlier
year and have them be compadible with mine? Thanks.
