'93 940 turbo wagon 900 1993

I've recently found a 940 turbo wagon for sale with approximatley 220,000 miles on it. The dealer is asking $900 for it, which seemed like a good deal until I noticed the growing puddle of oil under it, after about 5 minutes of idling. The leak appeared to be coming from the rear of the engine, I was thinking maybe rear main seal? Any advice would be welcome.
