wipers start but don't stop 200 1983

So it started raining, my wipers turn on but will not turn off, interval sweep doesn't work (reg speed instead), reg. speed works, fast works, washer works but keeps sweeping after 3. There is no water at or near the fuses or wiper relay. Any ideas? Thanks.
