will the corners ever flatten out??? 700

I invested in new Bilstein struts and IPD a.s. bars. Still have old nivomats on back. Pretty bad body roll still:(( Will new nivomats fix it? I don't want to invest the 700 odd dollars if the fix is unfixable. Can a 760IRS volvo EVER corner flat? Off camber turns are especially bad, and the car corners much better downhill than up... ideas?
