Once again...thanks for all the help from the folks who've responded to my questions...and the car will be off to the paint shop next week...but, as always...more questions. The car is going to my daughter, so thus the concern with safety.

Is there a later model Volvo seat with the headrest that bolts into the 122 wagons? easy mounting tricks for other seats? ...or a good aftermarket seat? (I an weld and fabricate stuff too, but would like to keep it as much Volvo as possible.) I understand that there were later model Amazon seats, but I can't find any...red would be great if anyone has a source...

Any thoughts on seatbelt retrofits? Using original attach points?

I also understand that there was a collapsible steering column in the 122's at one point...could it be fitted to an earlier car?

And does anyone know of a good source of carpets that fit to replace the front and rear rubber mats, hopefully with properly sewn edges...the same with the rear cargo side panels and floor mats and wheel arch covers...

Once again, I am so delighted with all the help on this wonderful site...
