Car wont start 700 1989

Car still wont start.
I replaced O2 sensor, ECT sensor, TPS sensor, RPM sensor, spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor. Checked ODB; no error codes, all sensors functional.
It just will not start. Help anybody.
