B23 Cam Swap/Upgrade

So The "M" grind cam is a dog...PN 1336779
So it would be nice to have an "A" PN 1336767
How hard is a swap?
I will need the shims I guess I can source these locally
once I figure out which ones I need

so a parts list...
Valve Cover Gasket
Shims
Cam Bearings ?

Any other recomendations?
It has a 5kMi old T-Belt

Also does anyone have a spare "A" grind out there?
