Pinion seal replacement 700

I'm replacing the pinion seal on my 88 760TI. Does anybody know how to torque the differential yoke on an IRS? Haynes mentions 89 to 207 ft lbs as torque specs for differential yoke on IRS but wouldn't 207ft lbs be too much loading of the pinion bearings?
